Abstract Submission Guideline

Accepted abstracts will be presented in oral or poster presentation. The deadline for abstract submission is May 27 (Mon), 2024 and
acceptance notification will be sent on June 24 (Mon), 2024.

• 1 All abstracts must be submitted via the congress website ONLY.
• 2 When you submit your abstract online, your abstract will be automatically edited according to the KCR 2024 submission formats. It is the authors’ responsibility to review the submissions and correct them. Submitters are responsible for all typing error on the abstract.
• 3 Abstracts for the Scientific Sessions and Scientific Exhibition are limited to under 2,500 characters including spaces.
• 4 All Abstracts should be typed in English.
• 5 An optional Figure to support abstracts may be included in your submission. The figure must be captured in a single jpg file and limited to an image(s) and/or graph(s).
• 6 An acknowledgement of the receipt of abstract will be automatically sent to the submitter and the presenting author by e-mail upon the completion of the on-line submission.
• 7 The acceptance of abstracts will be notified by e-mail to the presenting author by no later than on June 24 (Mon), 2024. It may also found on ‘My page’ of the congress website.
• 8 Upon acceptance of the abstract, presenting authors are expected to register and to present their abstracts at scientific sessions or scientific exhibition. Abstracts will be published in the congress abstract book(electronic only) only if the presenting author is registered with full payment by July 8 (Mon), 2024.
• 9 Only up to 6 authors including the presenting author will be listed on the abstract book.
• 10 If on-line submission is not available, please contact the Congress Secretariat at abstract@kcr4u.org.
• 11 Abstracts published (including e-publications) prior to the abstract submission deadline cannot be submitted.
• 12 If your abstract is published after the abstract submission deadline, please contact the Congress Secretariat at abstract@kcr4u.org.
