The Organizing Committee of KCR 2010 has reserved sufficient rooms at discounted convention rates to accommodate all participants and accompanying persons. However, it may be unable to secure rooms at the hotels at the special rates quoted after September 15, 2010. Therefore, early hotel reservation is highly recommended.
In order to reserve a room at Grand Hilton Seoul, download and fill out hotel reservation form first. Please send it directly to the hotel (contact person: Sun Hee Lee, Tel: +82+2+2287+8428~9, Fax: +82+2+2287+8095) by email or fax.

1. Any change or cancellation should be informed by e-mail or fax to Stacie CHO directly.
* Any cancellation regarding room reservations should be informed to each hotel directly by e-mail or fax.
2. Cancellation received before October 15, 2010 : 100% refund.
3. Cancellation received on or till October 16, 2010 : One-night deposit will be charged.
4. Bank and service charge will be deducted from the refunded amount.
