Exhibition Schedule

	-	There is no verbal presentation for the Electronic Scientific Exhibition.
	-	Presentation file(s) in MS-Power Point should be submitted by no later than September 30, 2011. If you do not complete uploading your file, by September 30, your abstract will NOT be considered for the Best Scientific Exhibition Award.
	-	Scientific Exhibition Schedule Display Date & Time October 27 (Thu) - 28 (Fri), 08:00 - 18:00 October 29 (Sat), 08:00 - 16:00 Place Hall D2, 3F, COEX

Exhibition Presentation File

	(1)	The Scientific Exhibition presenter should prepare the presentation file in MS-PowerPoint (MS Office 2003 or 2007).
	(2)	The total capacity of your file(s) should be less than 200MB at most.
	(3)	If your presentation file(s) contains movies or sound, you are requested to zip them into one folder to ensure that they work properly. In addition, check your PC Operating System and Codec as per the below 'Equipment Information'.
	(4)	You can use any font provided by MS Office. If you use fonts other than standard Windows Office 2007 fonts, please bring the font files themselves with the presentation file.
	(5)	You can upload your file(s) from August 16, 2011 through the congress website at 'My page'.
	(6)	Please check on all typographic and grammatical errors before uploading your file(s). Presentation file cannot be modified after September 30, 2011(Submission Due Date).
	(7)	There is no specifically required format on the presentation file(s). However, please be sure to include the proper abstract title, author(s)'s names, institution, and country on your first slide.
	(8)	Please name your presentation file(s) like the following: SE 123_Joshua Park(Abstract No._Presenting Author's Name)
	(9)	KCR may request to produce a panel poster that is selected for the Best Scientific Exhibition Awards. KCR will help to print the poster.

How to upload your presentation file

	(1)	Go to 'My Page' and log-in with your ID and Password.
	(2)	Click the button for uploading your file(s) in the menu of 'Abstract Submission' and follow each step.
	(3)	It may take some time to upload your file(s) depending upon the internet circumstances of the users. However, you are strongly requested NOT to close the window until the uploading process has been successfully completed.

Equipment Information

	-	The computer which will be used for the Scientific Exhibition (Computer) will be equipped and installed with the following:
		Intel i650 dual Core processor(3.2GHz), 2G RAM, 19 inch(1280*1024) LCD Monitor Desktop running MS-Office PowerPoint 2003, 2007 operated in Window XP, Service Pack2 Windows Media Player10.00.00.4036 and Media Player standard Codec. (Other software cannot be used.) Exhibition Software Program by E-rancom. Co.

Security policy

-

All presentation files will be kept safe before and after the presentation from any access. All presentation files submitted to the KCR 2011 will not be used for any other matter apart from the Scientific Exhibition and as an educational tool on the KSR website after the congress under your consent.
